All about booking

For successful holidays our campsite needs to meet your and your family’s expectations. We run a quiet family campsite, without entertainers. We propose only day activities for children and adults and in July and August one musical event per week until 10:30 pm or 11 pm. Then the bar and the restaurant close and the campsite becomes quiet and falls asleep. You can go out for the evening and come home late, the campsite doesn’t close with a barrier at night.

In respect of our guests we take care that rules & regulations are observed and that the site is really quiet at night. We recommend that families with children between 12 and 20 years carefully read the rules & regulations.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I rent a fridge on my pitch? For which price?

Yes it’s possible to rent an undercounter fridge. These fridges will be brought to your pitch and put in or in front of your tent. This costs €5.10 / day, with a minimum of €40. You can rent it upon arrival if there’s availability, but it’s wiser to book in advance.

Can I ask for a specific pitch or chalet?

You can indicate your preferences, we will try to meet your wishes as good as we can. But we cannot guarantee your choice.

Is my booking personal?

All bookings are personal and may not be transmitted.

Can I change my booking?

Yes, but before the start of your stay! Thank you to report every modification of the dates of the stay, camping gear (tent, caravan, etc) or family composition by email and to wait for our answer.

Can we arrive with more people than we booked for?

No. For security reasons we might refuse your stay, regardless of the age of the children. Just remember to notify us and wait for our answer!

And what if I arrive early or late?

Just notify us! In the absence of a notification on delayed arrival, an empty pitch becomes available for rental the day after the booked arrival day. If you arrive early and the pitch is available, we’ll keep it for you.

What are the consequences of a shortened stay?

You are asked to fill out your exact arrival and departure dates on your booking form. These dates determine the price of your stay. Depending on the situation, the cancellation insurance can cover these costs.

What happens if I cancel my stay?

Unfortunately the campsite doesn’t refund your payments. Therefore, taking out “Campez couvert”’s cancellation / termination insurance is strongly recommended.

Why to subscribe to the cancellation insurance?

Remember cover for unfortunate events by validating the insurance on the booking form! Indeed, the campsite doesn’t refund your payments.
Under the terms and conditions of the insurance, Gritchen Affinity will refund the paid amounts (excluding insurance premium and deductible).

How much does the cancellation insurance cost?

It costs 3% of the amount of your stay and is due with the down payment of your booking. You can also subscribe a few days after your booking, by contacting us by email at info@campingcp.com.

What payment methods can I use?

Can I take a pitch without electric hook-up?

All our empty pitches are equipped with electric hook-up, which is concluded in the package price. You are free to use it to charge portable devices, rent a fridge, connect lights, or not…

Can I prolong my stay on the campsite after I have returned my empty pitch?

For the well-being of other guests the campsite must be left before 10 am. If you wish to stay another day at the campsite, an extra night will be charged.

Is last minute sheet rental possible for the chalets?

Yes of course, you can rent sheet sets for €11.50 per bed / per stay. Every set is composed of two sheets and 1 or 2 pillow cases. If you wish to change them during your stay, this will cost another €11.50 / bed.

Can I book for more than one family?

Yes, but every family must fill out their personal booking form.
