From Mount Song to the Gorges du Gardon

There are two types of Kung Fu, one is external and fight oriented, the second is internal, and about energy control and the harmonization of the body and the spirit. Through its contractions and relaxation, Kung-fu generates a real self-massage of muscular masses and internal organs. You could discover this teaching developed in France by Yogi Babacar Khane.

Teaches yoga at Cévennes Provence since 2010. During her trainings she discovered Kung Fu Yoga, a wonderful introduction to Indian Yoga, and now she shares this knowledge with you.
