Hatha yoga class Asana- Pranayama - Relaxation
1 hour of outdoor yoga on the river shore. Each session begins with a moment of interjection, lying or sitting, during which we become aware of our breath and of the sensations of our body. If it expresses its need to stretch, we take the asanas (postures) to wring our accumulated tensions, strengthen our spine and lengthen our breath. We end with a deep relaxation, lying or sitting, depending on your meditative desire.

Céline comes back every year since 2010. She’ll take care of you with kindness and gentleness. The classes are for beginners and those who practice all year.
